Creating a category

In these sections, you will go through the steps to build an example. These steps will help you to understand how toolbars are constructed and how they operate.

To create a new category:

Right-click on the Item Categories node, then select Add Category.
Type Tutorial as the Category Label, and some meaningful description.
There is no link associated with the new Category, so leave the Item Link Default blank. The setting of source and target does not matter in this case.
Set the System Owned toggle box to FALSE in this and all other new items and bands that you define as part of this example.
